Helpful Hints:

If you carry your pepper spray in a holster, turn the sprayer toward the side instead of at the snap. This allows you to use it without unsnapping the holster and allows for a rapid deployment if necessary.

Test your pepper sprayer a few times year to make certain it is still functional. Be sure not to point it at anyone or animals and that wind is not blowing in your direction. If you don't use your pepper sprayer within a few years you should throw it away and get a new one. Like eveything in an aerosal container they can lose their pressure.
